I still can’t seem to lose the illusive 2.4kg! I know it’s because I’m eating too many carbs. That said, I’m within my goal range and maintaining. 👏🏻👏🏻
62.3 kg Lost so far: 29.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
