Not drinking alcohol made a huge huge difference to my weight loss. It really helped. I don’t drink at all now and feel sooooo much better for it! Go for the year if you can 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I suppose if I keep losing 200g every month by cutting out alcohol I will have lost 2.4 kg by the end of the year. My weight would be perfect. Its a tempting thought 🙂

I was stressed yesterday and did think if it wasn't Dry Jan I would have had a drink. I just went about snapping at people instead 😀😀😀

My stress full point was the falling through of my house sale have learnt to accept that Estate Agents are worried about their commission not people now i am recovering my injury hope to get back into exercise and get down to what i was before i went back onto to it.

Chesty, it's not just Estate Agents. Every professional you deal with is in it to make money. They aren't a charity. But some fleece you with grace and humour and are a pleasure to work with others are quite mercenary. You are the customer, you can take your business elsewhere. Don't let other people derail you.

Anne i transfered the sale of my house to a different Estate Agent and this time i will make on it my terms always learning to think i was a Civil Servant and a Banker should have know better!

Great, taking back control is a good strategy. I think when things are personal to yourself it can be harder to maintain professionalism. Dust off your old skills and treat it like a business.

I was failure at Banking and especially a Civil Servant (job centre) too much compassion!
