Don't know why I have only lost a lb!! Not impressed to be honest, I've been goooooood!! O well harder this week..
68.0 kg Lost so far: 25.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

1 lb a week is a good weight to lose! You and I have both lost more than this per week in the past and it would be considered by some as unhealthy. Steady weight loss is better.
