My Whoop fitness tracker estimates my daily calories burned to be 1712 (based on BMR and heart rate) Fat Secret estimates 2059.

I think the Whoop is more accurate based on how my weight responds to how many calories I eat.
62.6 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
