Seems unlikely but I will take it. Cut out the avocados, potatoes and nuts this week which I don't usually eat. They seemed to skyrocket my weight.

Swim and gym have been excellent. Feeling generally positive about most things.
62.3 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
