No surprises there. Although I have been recording I haven't been mindful of what I am eating and my macros are all over the place.

So, coinciding with my return to full fitness after covid, Monday will be the day I start to kick everything up a gear, particularly diet.

You got this! When I returned to the gym after Covid the first workout was very hard but it got easier every time. It took some time to feel good again though!

Hiya, Red! I have been building up over the last 3 weeks and today I really pushed it in the pool with no ill effects. So I feel ready to go again and I am looking forward to the turbo boost of a better diet (peanut butter included!!)

You’ll do it Anne! I’m stuck in a plateau and unable to bring calories down. Ok, technically my body doesn’t need that many calories, I just can’t seem to give them up. But there’s a lot going on work and life-wise, so I’m glad I’m at least being self aware for now.

Yeah, Suma......I am high calorie wise too. Hence this post....it is really a pep talk to myself, drawing a line in the sand kind of thing and I am ready for it.
