Gutted by all the weight gain over the last 4 months. I was 9st back at the end of august! tough few months of being really unhappy and using food as a comfort, so hard not too. too much drinking and then xmas and NY celebrations and i had stopped exercising regularly. REally want to get back on it. This is my 3rd day no bingeing and clean with my food. Hate that i cant exercise as cut foot open and have stitches so cant walk for now! perhaps i need to do sit ups and arms until i can!
