Post-Christmas and New Year weigh-in. Yes, it's up, and I am annoyed with myself about that, but........... I weigh less than this time last year so that's a win.

Training throughout the year was good and consistent but I am noticing my joints, ligaments, and/or tendons are becoming painful. I think it is a post-menopause thing so going to have to address that.

But, all in all, at this point in time, I am happy enough with my physical state!
62.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
Gaining 0.3 kg a Week

Thanks, HumpT. I suppose its a maintenance of sorts. At least not creeping up year on year middle age spread type of thing. I am back on the road next week so that won't help 😠😠😠

Yes agreed Anne I know the feeling, in my case food choices, change of routine, take the bike or hire? - funny enough most times the only aspect that does not suffer is the motivation to “do something”
