No reason for the gain..diet and exercise haven't changed. I'm trying to figure out the reason for this. 🙄

I bet it's because of too much sodium. A good rule of thumb to follow is the amount of sodium should match the calories you eat. So if you eat 1200 calories, then you should only be consuming 1200mg of sodium.
