A lot of business travel has left me with little time for exercise and even less inclination for it.

Poor meal choices whilst overseas - going for the fast food option, did not help either. :-(
94 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 14.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
