Had a good week training and diet-wise. I am considering going to 'fighting weight' Those that know me, will have heard me mention 3 weight targets: ballpark, target and fighting weight. Fighting weight is exactly as it sounds, lean and mean and you are only there for the duration of the event. I haven't been there for a while but as things have lined up physically, mentally, and, most importantly, socially, I might just go for it............. or I might just have a massive blowout this weekend and think to hell with that!!
61.2 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

I am a great believer in balance and compromise, Hump. So I might consider a mini blow out if the opportunity presents itself.

Just finalising weekend plan now, Paul. Really, I am secretly hoping that I can dodge out of most things so I can keep on the straight and narrow. I am no use at going along and not over doing!

I think I might just see where the diet universe takes me this weekend cause I know I have got a good week lined up next week. But, for clarity and for Jamie's peace of mind, there will be no white chocolate jammie dodger caramel shortbreads.

I think, Jamie and Adpresso, I will have a mini blowout Friday and Saturday because I can't get out of the BBQ and I may not be able to wriggle out of dinner Saturday night. Going out and fighting weight just arent compatible. I wish I could go to fight camp like boxers do!

When I am in this mindset I hate going out. I just want to be left alone to diet and train!! But I know that is cray cray.........I must remain sociable and working. Gggrrrr
