All right, beginning today, I am back on the wagon.

Have made the excuses of stress, illness, travel, and family deaths to not diet or workout for what has slipped into an entire summer.

Starting with weigh in, a trip to the store, and renewing my gym membership.

Fatsecret really helped me before, so I'm trying again
58.6 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 11.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
