Back from camping. It was the usual carb-fest. I will sort myself out this week....again!

It's a good reset. I put my out of office on, bum about in camo bottoms, cook on the open fire, sleep when's it dark, wake up when it's light. And no formal exercise. Just fresh air for a few days.
