I had a great week diet-wise. Training just got better and better all week then peaked on Friday with an epic swim. I am very pleased with myself. How I will top that next week I don't know. Maybe just 'keep it up' will do.

Brilliant Anne as always. Showing us that perseverance and consistency is its own reward🤩🙌🏾🙌🏾

Great stuff!💪👏👍 Yes, keeping it up would be fab, but that sometimes takes twice the effort (mentally) - I hear you! We can do it though (counting myself in so I can try my best too). 😊💕

Yes, Suma and Nikina...........perseverance and consistency gets us there and keep us there or thereabouts when we are struggling a bit. For me, it is a longterm commiment and I have come to terms with the fact that I won't always be exactly where I would like to be but will always keep striving whilst I am able to.

Aww, thank you, Piggy. We have a lot of fun along the way, don't we? I try to enjoy the process and hopefully share some of that vibe too.

It has come through its pre-wear wash in one piece, Wifey. Unlike the Markies one which lost a pad and had to be re-stuffed.............sigh!!

Ha! Guess I’m not the only be who pre-washes before wear!! 😉 No Markies for me! Hate those with removable pads. Got rid of all mine like that.

Tuesday will be test day 😉😀 yes didn't realise the pads were loose

I want same motivation and less stress for myself :)

I use stress as a motivator, Buraksmom. In a kind of 'oh yeah? Think you can beat me?' kind of way. Rescue Remedy spray also helps 😀
