I am astounded that I am the same as last week. Another 100% week and not at target. Will have to keep going. Not happy!!!
63.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Oh, Marge.............now I feel even worse, lol. I do look good in my gym gear so I am seeing progress in the mirror if not the scale.

I am up and down like a yo yo during the week, Nikina. Then, BAM, on weigh-in day it is up.

A non-scale victory is a victory for sure! Don't let the numbers affect you, as long as you know you're exercising/eating well and feel good that's what's important. The scale doesn't consider muscle mass/water which could be a factor.

Hi Saaj. I did train legs yesterday and I feel them today so I reckon that accounts for at least 150 g.

Hi pompey. I have no problems with the exercise. That's the easy bit for me. It must be diet, maybe macros as I don't worry about them. But I think it is more age related. I expect my body to react like it did when I was 35. L

Yeah, I was blown away with that.. I think that counts as a non scale victory.....even though I was on the scales 😁😇
