Leading by example Anne! I'm yet to jump on the scales - holding off until I'm fully recovered🤞

Yes, it is not always right to jump on the scales, especially if you are not feeling well. There are other ways to assess ourselves beyond weight!

Sometimes you need to change your diet. Consume more carbs and change your daily routine then return to your diet.

I just need to watch that I don't let the calories start creeping up, Booty!

Hey Mankind..............all good with me. You? My target is to consolidate at 63kg for a couple of weeks then go to 62kg. I also intend to increase my swim distance back to where it should be (1600 m) and to keep old school at the gym (back and bis, legs and shoulders, chest and tris)

Aww, thanks Adpreso. That's years of practice. I know what works for me. It ain't easy but I can still do it. I am very thankful for that.

Dagher, yes, it's good to mix things up, within your routine, keep the body on its toes. But to get to target weight I stick to the basics. I don't think I need more carbs though.........I find it hard to eat fewer carbs and more protein.
