I can smell 1 stone.... It feels so close now.... I wanted 1 stone off in a month (by the end of March) would love it if I could do that!!! I'm getting there!!

84.5 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
