So after falling off the diet and exercise wagon for almost a month, I am ready to get back on again. I have been depressed with a number of things lately. Not an excuse I know. Feeling guilty for not supporting all on this site, even though I have been checking in to weigh in and see how everyone is doing. Is everyone just so sick of winter they could scream? I feel like I am hanging on by my fingernails until it warms up maybe in April????
