Horrific week ended up bingeing pretty much 3 to 4 days from being so bored and unhappy at work etc - lost control. Totally powerless. Need to get more support urgently :( fell like I've undone all the hard work of my 6days of pure sugar/carb detox as back to original weight. God help me!
