Really tough week full sugar and carb cravings and been very food obsessed but made it clean to the end of the week despite going out twice and being so bored at work! So pleased with the results- motivation to keep going. Would be great to get some buddies on here for support! :)
59.8 kg Lost so far: 6.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
