Started Sugar detox monday morning!No dairy, no carbs, no fruit, no sugar, no sweetener!! Just lean meat, eggs, fish salad and veg. no sauces! hard!!!
60.5 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
