Your scale must have very prescient measurement. Mine only weighs in .5 lb increments. I am finally today back where I was in NYE. At least I'm getting there.

Yes stick with the plan and don't get discouraged. My scale weighs in .2 increments, and I worked a 12 hour shift yesterday, and caved in to some vey dumb choices, but today is a new day!

Yes, today is a new day and don't beat yourself up.
I feel good that I actually stayed on plan yesterday, despite going to a potluck luncheon. First time ever for me.
