After a slip over the weekend of eating too many calories and fat even for atkins ie 1900k too much cream and cheese etc. Back on it. Feels good to exercise again but i have really noticed how much harder it is to workout in the mornings! Maybe as i have no glucose and after a nights sleep too? Body is aching though which is good - im working new muscles. Feeling better in my body but still long way to go! Keep at it :) xx
