Feeling a little better about my restart.
I modified my weight goal to be where I was my most comfortable.
I think it's a more reasonable goal of losing 20 lbs from my highest.
I've lost 7lbs in the past month just trying to cut out sugar and snacks.
I'm not eating after 7 PM and trying to exercise more.
I'm happy with the progress and will weigh in next week.
62.5 kg Lost so far: 11.4 kg.    Still to go: 9.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
