I am really getting into riding my new bicycle. It's only a total of 7 miles and 45 minutes a day to work but it's the start of improving my endurance and strength in my legs. I hope to go longer distances and faster (where possible with all the traffic on the roads) in the future. The other thing for me will be JUST STICKING TO IT!

I downloaded FatSecret ages ago and used it here and there, but not at all consistent enough. But I realize now that the weight isn't going to come off by itself so I am getting to grips with weighing food and preparing meals in advance so I'm not tempted to eat junk. That's the main challenge for me.
79.7 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
