i was totally healthy and fit a year ago, wrong habits made me 95 kilograms, so i will get back to my average weight as soon as possible..
my goal is 75 kilograms in 2 months.
91.7 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 16.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
