I didn't weigh yesterday but this morning I took the plunge and have found out I have lost
2.3/4 lbs. so I will try and keep on it as even though I had a good xmas I didnt go overboard
and it has proven a point.
69.6 kg Lost so far: 16.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
