Steadied off for now, I was on holiday the last few days and still didn't manage to put on much weight, but at least I didn't lose any. Lots of walking along the coast and in woodland, so was burning off a lot of what I ate. I didn't deviate from my eating style, but it was not easy as staying at a carb loving vegetarians house and I am a low carb carnivorous woman hehe. Got a busy few days ahead befor back at work, so will see what happens when back to my own routine.
57.2 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
