Eased off for most of last week. Eating at maintenance level because of feeling really tired. Had enough now. Lost 0.25 lb so still all good. Got about 1 lb to lose so may as well say I've reached my target. Very happy with the mirror. So on Monday it's CUBA HERE I COME! 🥃🍺
84.6 kg Lost so far: 19.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks Skyehawk. Have cruised most of it to be honest .. possibly the unusual heat we've had here lately that's drained me. But the desired result was reached so that's the main thing. Thanks again.
