I have gained 3 of the 8 lb's that I had lost. Normally that would be enough excuse to give in and give up, but no this time. Okay so my weight hasn't come down this week but I still feel positive.
I have managed to stop binge eating I have only been over my calorie allowance once in 21 days I have started line dancing and bowling And I have a game of badminton lined up for next week
So even though my weight isn't very good, I have definitely made some very positive changes in my life. For that I feel proud of myself
(I even treated myself to some new clothes today that are for when I do my activities :-) )
