Aarrgghh. I have been doing very well sticking to my calorie allowance. Been doing bowling, line dancing and badminton, yet I am GAINING weight !! I guess muscle does weigh more than fat. I am going to change my goal weight for now as my target seems impossible at the moment. Still I must continue with what I am doing, I do feel better in myself.
