A minor blip plus you had a fair bit of salt yesterday which, if you're anything like me, makes you drink gallons of water that your body hangs onto for a couple of days. That could account for it. Have a great weekend! P x

I try to drink 2.5 litres daily, but yesterday I drank 3.5.
