well I gained a little, then lost a little, so maintaining still, but I feel the need to monitor again, so I am back on here for now. I am doing ok apart from when I am away, which seems to be often at the moment, but all for good reasons ... seeing friends. I am sticking to my low carb eating, but seem to put on when not at home or work, not sure of the reason, as I am still getting exercise by walking dogs all over the countryside. Anyway, here I am again :-)
