Okay, definitely time to get back on track again. Can feel 'bad' old eating habits trying to get a grip and also haven't been exercising as much as I should. Came back from my vacation with a stinking cold and a pulled back muscle, which has definitely slowed me down. Need to cut the carbs down again and to step things back up again. The 7 regained holiday pounds won't lose themselves!

Thanks so much guys -- your support is so helpful. There are some other photos in my journal - posted a couple of months ago, to show my progress. Might throw in a few more, too, comparing this vacation with last year's.
