Doing 16:8 IF with LCHF diet for 2 weeks now. Informed by YouTube videos from Dr Jason Fung, Dr David Sinclair, and Dr Sten Ekberg.

9 lbs lost so far at a rate of 4.5 lbs per week. Remarkably easy, though the habit of evening snacks took a while to conquer. Gets easier with low carb. Much more energy now and only some hunger.

Now trying to increase total calories in my eating window, as way too low and need to prevent BMR from dropping.
