My resolve is due to be sorely tested in the next couple of days. Dinner at an Italian restaurant tonight with friends visiting from abroad, and then hosting them for lunch at home tomorrow. Hoping it won't be any worse than having to watch my husband scoff a whole box of chocolate gingers today with his coffee, while I had just a virtuous Satsuma with my tea...
