Hi all! No weight loss in the 3 last days 😔 so disappointing 😞although still going to the gym, still eating as I am supposed to.. not drinking as much water as I am supposed to, but I don’t think this could be a reason for not going down at all.
Still I am not giving up.. full speed ahead..

Yes, not drinking enough water can hold your weight loss . Body just holding water for an emergency .. Plus it holds all toxins in which supposed to be flashed by water.. 30ml for 1kg of your current weight please. You can add lemon and mint. Good detox 🙂

I went down a whole clothing size without losing anything on the scale because I am going to the gym too. At the weight you are at it's actually possible to get down to a lean, bikini ready body without losing an ounce if you are lifting weights at the gym and putting on muscle which weighs more per square inch than fat. There are photos of a woman online who didn't budge much between 165 & 170 pounds but she went from no definition and chubby legs at 170 pounds to completely reshaped and lean at 165 pounds through resistance training -- now she is a trainer. I have the photo somewhere in my gallery I'll see if I can find it.
