Today I give a big push as I'm starting to feel really bad and I think alot of my problems are linked to my weight. I feel like a water balloon all the time and am short of breath and everything hurts. so I've had all my exercise equipme t no ed into one room so I have my own little gym. Food wise I will track everything and see how it goes. it's still a week and a half till payday so just have to eat what's in the freezer until I can do a decent shop. Got to get this done. I can't do the body transformation programme due to pain but I can do my own lighter version.
126.4 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 62.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

looking at what you ate it looks Sooo like mine on certain days. you just have to have a bit of chocolate which leads to another & before you know it a whole bar or several small ones are gone. its taken me about 3 months to try & get out of that habit & its really difficult some days but i make sure i have some low cal snacks on hand like weight watchers crisps/ fromage frais/ alpen light bars/ seafood sticks/ low salt rice cakes & dark chocolate. they help but i still get cravings so i have a low fat hot chocolate. so hang in there & it will come. good luck
