So, I didn't record a journal entry last night.Fell asleep and was probably still suffering from the mad moment I had.As I've said before, I don't eat Indian food but just lately have had an urge to try it.Had a korma many moons ago and that was it.I even thought that had a little heat to it at the time so a while back I tried an Indian meal and yesterday I thought I'd try another.However being a takeaway I've only been able to put the nearest I could find from FS foods to input into my food diary. I had a chilli chicken tikka masala!! WHAT!! whay did I do that, I don't know.It said it was very hot and I just thought what the heck just do it so I did.hehe.Talk about burnt lips.OMG.Maybe it really wasn't a good idea.Glad it's my day off today as had the call of nature at 5:20 this morning and couldn't really leave the little room properly for about 3-4hrs.Not that I needed it, just couldn't leave it.Might have helped to have a rubber ring to sit on the sofa with too.My friends think it highly hilarious and I guess it really is.
Yes, it sent me into the red but that is ok.I feel ok about it because I recorded it and can see it and so can deal with it.I also think it may not stay in my belly long enough to be detrimental ;-) ok, I joke now but it has helped to see it.I really was guessing when I put amount etc on there but I didn't eat it all so don't think it is quite right to be honest.Maybe I should amend it and make better guesses.............
I've had a change with the amount and as I couldn't manage it all I now feel these new weights are much more plausible and even though still in the red,I'm happy to see I'm only now 1% over. :-)
It is Wed eve nowvand I believe I have more than made up for yesterdays Indian takeaway. I have a larger deficit today.Didn't do that purposefully,just wasn't requiring as much food.I guess this morning didn't really allow my belly to rumble for food in that way and I didn't move around so much so nu hunger build up either.
Picked lots of homegrown Raspberries and Tayberries this eve and will be picking on them or making something with them tomorrow after I have washed them well.May even have them for breakfast with a yoghurt.Pleased with my little crop.

Monday evening once more.Wow, an app that I have stuck to for this long.Can't believe it.Must be the thing for me.Calories in vs Calories out, it all makes so much sense with the help of FS.
I eat a high amount of carbs, love it and as long as I count my cals and work off more than I take in, it's all good.Makes sense really.You can't put on weight if you burn more.Bit annoyed that I haven't been able to get to the gym on my days off at the wkend but smile and get on with it and I'll be down there Weds working twice as hard to make up for it.Will have to up the programmes on the machine a notch instead. We all have down weeks/days.I am trying not to dwell on the fact that I had an extra slice of cheese this eve on my dinner.It fitted in my calorie deficit with some to go so it will cover it somewhat.

Fell asleep on sofa as I was about to write my journal last night.hehe. So I shall write for yesterday and then later add today-
What an amazing but LONG day I have had watching the fantastic RAF flying some wonderful planes along with the talented Red Arrows and other display teams RAF Waddington International Air Show - The RAF's Aviation Spectacular weather was hot but perfect for the display.Even had a bit of eye candy sitting in front ;-) Ate very well as I took a pack up.So pleased with myself for not buying junk food from the stalls.I always take a pack up anyway but well, you all know what it's like, esp as I was working late the day before and was making my pack up at 9pm!
Ok, so now it's Sunday evening.How did it come around so quick.Off to bed in a bit so a quick journal insert, was too hot to want to cook anything hot but I had a lovely piece of white fish and a small amount of veg which was delish.Sometimes the simplest tastes the best.Didn't feel as though I wanted to eat loads today, probably the heat and tiredness after a long day yesterday.
All going well.I did pick some raspberries off my fruit bush this eve and washed them until the last one I went to eat I spotted had a little wiggly thing in it.eeewwwww that went in the bin.Hope I didn't eat any :-/
