Can't believe it I put on weight this week. I have been allot more active this week and kept to about 1000 to 1200 calories a day. the past 3 days I have been running about like a crazy person at work thought I would loose 1-2 lbs atleast a lb. went to bed for 4 hours as I am night shift today an xtra as work were desperate. it's gonna play havoc with my metabolism. one thing I'm not sure about I intend on going back to bed at about 11 am back up at 5 pm for the shift that starts at 8 I'm not sure about what times to eat going to have to keep my energy levels up as it's really busy. do I take xtra calories as I will be up all night and when I get home about 12 pm on Friday I will only probably sleep for a few hours. need ideas on very low calorie foods to keep me going.

went back to work yesterday and it's been a hard few days I'm a carer and one if the residents took unwell unexpectedly which really upset me. sadly she didn't make it. things like this make u think you can be fine one minute and gone the next. just feeling down as we lost another the same day I know we aren't ment to have favourites but u can't help but feel close to them. to me they were family.
