Back again as fell off the wagon over Easter, not that I was really on the wagon, more walking along at the side of it. I am trying to get organised and plan some meals or her than porridge and fruit as I don't like eggs and everything seems to be egg based. Does anyone have any suggestions? Ideally I need to be able to eat on the go, or once I'd gotten to work after doing the school run and needs to be under 400cals. Suggestions gratefully received!

I absolutely love Jamie Oliver’s maison jar salads! https://www.jamieoliver.com/videos/healthy-jam-jar-salads-jamie-oliver/
I got the recipe from his “superfoods” cookbook which is a real gem in itself ... every single recipe in there (covers everything from breakfast to dinner) is under 600, most under 500 even with all nutritional info. I got it for £3 off amazon used. Hope that helps in any way :)

I'm having wraps with chicken, avocado, sweet corn, baby leaves and light dressing this week. less than 400, can make the night before in a Tupperware and add to the wrap before eating or packing for lunch.
