Kind of upset with my calorie intake today being over 1600 as I normally aim for between 1200 & 1400... hopefully it won’t matter though because it’s still been all good food & low carb, along with a lot of exercise today. Just had a larger than normal dinner tonight because of the size of the chicken breast!

I wouldn’t worry too much about the chicken breast-high in protein and quite low in fat

Thank you! I’m trying not to because it was oven cooked, with a tiny bit of olive oil so I don’t think it will be an issue!!
