Three poached eggs with spinach (both seasoned with salt & pepper), with a black coffee to drink - 230 calories!
I had this along with a rice cake with peanut butter (making the meal 360 calories) after my run this morning, great sauce of protein & iron!

Thank you! The whites went a bit wrong but still tasted great! Runny yolk as well!
