I’m loving black coffee & tea at the moment, with just one sweetener! I have completely given up milk apart from my cereal & it’s great. When I do have milk it’s always soya because I feel like it makes my cereal sweeter so I wouldn’t need as much sugar as I normally would’ve had. I have one teaspoon of sweetener on top of my weetabix in the morning! Definitely worth a try!!
