What is everyone’s favourite snacks to have when you’re feeling peckish? At the moment I’m loving peanut butter & banana on toast (brown bread) which isn’t too bad but I know peanut butter is reasonably high in fat & I’m trying to be on a low carb diet... any suggestions would help?

Cut out refined carbs and you can have a little more fat in your diet.
Flour based carbs are empty calories that doesn’t provide any valuable nutrition xx

apple and a bit of cheese, or two tangerines and an alpen bar. or some cereal if I have enough calories.

The first thing I do is take a large drink of water and have a wee walk around the house/Office. I might not actually be peckish. After that, if I still want something I go for protein & fat - some nuts or cheese or a hard boiled egg. Eat it slowly and maybe a dab of spice. All the best for finding what works for you!

My favourite is Asda's Caramel Rice Cakes, at only 41 calories per cake, I can happily munch on a few of these in the evening, I even break them up to make them last longer, which hits that sweet tooth craving. 😁😄👍
