Nervous but excited for my weigh in tomorrow morning. This is the first time I’ve dieted/tracked calories & my weight so I’m not expecting loads as I’m still learning, let’s hope for good results though!
I have exactly 6 months until my holiday & I want to lose at least 10kg by then, fingers crossed! Any tips of course welcome x
