When does everyone choose to do their weigh ins? Is it in the morning or in the evening after you’ve had a day of eating? I’m trying to plan a day where I can have a weekly weigh in but I don’t know what works best?

as far away from my treat day is ideal lol. but I always weigh in the morning before food, after using the loo. tmi lol

i weigh in on sat morning..keeps me on track on fri nights and then i relax a bit on sat if i have a good loss and do a bit more exercise.

I do mine on Saturday morning after a few pints on Friday night. I don't see why it matters as long as it's the same time every week.

Hi I've just joined and sorry to jump in here but I have a question about scales... mine vary by 4 to 5 lbs. For example I weigh myself in the morning then maybe 5 mins later after I've moved the scales to a slightly different position?? Also the electronic scales in Boots, do they take into account clothing or do I have to deduct 2-3 lbs? Thank you! 😊♡
