Difficult afternoon yesterday. Today quie or at least so far, but it seems drama finds me, whether I want it or not. Holding onto making better choices, just have to write it down, so I know what is going in. I am not going to weigh, nor am I going to be concerned if I go over on my calorie count, even though the graph is all red somewhat bothers me. Something about seeing it in red.
