In addition to keeping on track with the diet and preempting the carbs so a few drinks down the pub don't tip me over . I have been baking some rolls for a blokey day together tomorrow with a dozen friends. Really looking forward to a day out.

What sort of rolls? Plain white? Granary? Mixed seeds? We need to know!

Yep I've managed four. Plain white basic - Hairy Bikers recipe

Oh my I am in heaven, I love home-made bread, especially when still warm with a knob of butter!!

Me n'all - I can smell it but not having any as I'm pubbing tonight with my mate. I am making a batch of rolls now for my family but Iwant beer slightly more. That's why my dinner tonight is just meatballs. I have deffo earned myself some FFBB points today.

Zackly. if they can name the unit of power after James Watt then willpower units should be named in honour of the inventor in the same fashion.
