Thinking about my LCHF diet for the coming couple of weeks of festivities, I came to the conclusion they are not compatible with each other.

None of us really know how many of these celebratory times we have left, so I’ve decided to just enjoy the seasons excesses - within moderation of course, but not really LCHF.

I’ll get back on the plan in the New Year. Now where’s the Bailys and that plate of cream cakes? :)

I agree with you. I'm going to try be sensible but I'm not missing out on roast potatoes on Christmas Day as I've been avoiding them on Sundays so far. Some things are definite fixtures of Xmas day - roasties, champagne and Doctor Who 😂

Have you tried the pumpkin spice flavour Baileys? It's so good. I think the shops have run out of it now (special edition) but I've got three in my cupboard. Was going to give one away as a present, but don't think I can bear to part with it! Cream cakes don't appeal to me though, fortunately 🙂
